Surface Wave Dispersion and SVM Picking Labs

1 Objective

Generate dispersion curves and have a NN pick them automatically in the FK domain.

2 Prerequisties

Matlab
Knowledge of surface wave analysis, SVM, NN, and logistic regression.

3 Procedure

Download the codes Lab_WD_multi_v3.tar.gz and Lab_ML_SW_Pick.zip, and untar+unzip them.
Follow the MATLAB instruction to input your setting of parameters. Results will be displayed.
Choose different parameters for the SVM and test their sensitivity to the final result.
